The 8:8 Lion’s Gate Portal Activation 2022- Astrology by Melody
Every year on and around the 8th day of the 8th month of the year, there is a cosmic alignment called, “the Lion’s Gateway”. The Lion’s Gate opens this year on July 28th and runs until August 12th, peaking on August 12th. The Lion’s Gate is known to be a time of increased cosmic energy and when the veil is thinned between the physical and spiritual realms. The Lion’s Gate has ties to ancient Egypt and the alignment of the Egyptian pyramids.
The Lion’s Gate corresponds with the fixed star Sirius. The star Sirius is said to be twice the size of the Sun and 26 times brighter. It has been said to represent abundance and fertility. The Lion’s gateway is marked by an alignment between the earth and the star Sirius. As the star Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s belt directly aligns with the Pyramid of Giza, and from our perspective on Earth, it appears that Sirius comes closer to the earth. The Great Pyramid of Giza is found at the location of one of the earth’s chakras, or energetic enters. This greatly enhances the energetic portal. Esoterically, this location has been said to correspond with the throat chakra.
The Lion’s Gate occurs when the Sun is in the zodiac sign of Leo. Leo is associated with strong heart space energy. Leo exhibits the perfect energy to anchor in the ascension codes and energies of higher consciousness.
The Lion’s Gate contains a great energetic influx and activation. It is time of great spiritual ascension which can be harnessed. It has been said when this alignment happens, there is an intense surge of light which awakens DNA, activates the human energy field, and transmits vibrational frequencies and codes of awakening. Sirius pours forth light codes of ascension, divinity, and mastery towards the earth, sometimes called the Spiritual Sun, aligning a higher level of activation and progression on the ascension path. It has been said that the Lion’s Gate is all about fully awakening your Divine Light within and your full potential.
There are several things you can do to harness the energies of this energetic Gateway. Since the energy works with your subtle body, also called, light body, it is advised to try to activate your light body. There are exercises you can do to help achieve this. Another way you can work with the light codes and activations from this cosmic Gateway would be by working with and focusing on the throat chakra. Work with throat charka healing and corresponding crystals (blue topaz, blue kyanite, blue lace agate, blue calcite, celestite, turquoise, or sodalite) and sound frequencies, such as 741Hz, that relate to the throat chakra. Also, working with the number 8, (a symbol of infinity), and visualizing its infinite power helps to prepare you for the Lion’s Gate activation codes.
